• We will respond via email, fax or telephone to all enquiries within 24 hours of having received it. (This pertains to opened mail only, and does not take public holidays and weekends into account.)
• We have a training package for you which include a maximum of three training visits to your premises during the first year upon signing with us.
• One optional follow up consulting cum training visit is also offered in the second year after signing with us.

5. Eco Friendly Coatings

• Our UVi GLASS® coatings are eco friendly as they are non solvent, water based glass coatings developed and manufactured by UVi GLASS® for commercial usage.
• UVi GLASS® coatings are non DG and therefore can be imported by you at much lower shipping costs.
• Our water based UVi GLASS® coatings also mean that you do not need to designate special spraying areas in your premises because these are non hazardous.
• Similarly you do not have to invest in special expensive safety gear for the staff; or worry about exposure to hazardous chemicals; and also adhere to strict excess/waste coatings disposal procedures.
• Staff only requires simple basic safety equipment and protective gear such as a face mask and as a precaution only.
• Our UVi GLASS® coatings are three in one, premixed and ready to use, thus reducing time spent on mixing and reduces wastage as well.
• UVi GLASS® coatings have a one year shelf life.  Once opened, you can use what you need, then close the can securely and store it.  We recommend that you should utilize the glass coating within six months of opening the can.
